How to use: after shampooing the eyebrows, use the eyebrow scrub. Apply a small amount of the scrub to the brow area with your fingers. Make gentle circular motions in the direction of hair growth. The procedure should be performed on both brows; both in the area of hair growth and around it. Remove the scrub with water and a cotton pad.
